How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 12 weeks before your event to guarantee availability — especially for popular dates such as weekends and the festive season. That said, we understand that sometimes events come together quickly, so please don't hesitate to get in touch even at short notice. We will always do our best to accommodate you!

What areas do you cover?

SSKAberdeen is based in Aberdeen but we cover the whole of Scotland! Whether you're in the Highlands, Central Belt, Edinburgh or anywhere in between — we'll come to you. Travel costs may apply depending on location, so please get in touch for a personalised quote.

How many people do you cater for? There is no minimum or maximum group size! Whether you're planning an intimate gathering of 20 people or a large charity fundraiser with hundreds of guests — SSKAberdeen can make it work. Every event is tailored specifically to your group.

Do I need to provide any equipment? Absolutely not — we bring everything! SSKAberdeen provides all the equipment and materials required for your event. All you need to provide is the venue and the people — we'll take care of the rest!

How long does a typical event last?

This depends on the type of event:

Quiz Nights and Rock N Roll Bingo typically run for around 2.5 hours
Race Nights usually run for 3 to 4 hours depending on the number of races
All events have the option to upgrade and add a disco afterwards — perfect for keeping the party going!

How much does it cost?

Prices range from £150 to £350 depending on the type of event, location and how long you need us. We think that's pretty great value for a fully hosted, fully equipped, unforgettable evening! Get in touch for a personalised no-obligation quote.
